We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Due to the handmade nature of our Jingdezhen porcelain, slight variations in glaze and shape are considered part of the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic and are not considered defects.

Customized or limited edition items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
