Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Due to the handmade nature of our Jingdezhen porcelain, slight variations in glaze, color, shape, and crackle patterns are considered part of the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic and are not regarded as defects.

Customized, limited edition, or final sale items are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
