2. Products and Handmade Variations

Our products are handmade or hand-finished ceramic pieces. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, slight variations in glaze, color, shape, size, surface texture, and firing marks are normal.

These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and natural handmade variation.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with options such as replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an issue with payment, inventory, shipping availability, or suspected fraud.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

6. Payment

All payments must be completed before an order is shipped.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped from China. Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, but delays may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mist Kiln is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Mist Kiln is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges imposed by the destination country.

9. Damage During Shipping

We carefully pack each item for international shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.

10. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are fragile handmade ceramic pieces and shipped internationally, return eligibility may be limited.

11. Product Use and Care

Some ceramic pieces may require special care.

Items with gold details, metallic decoration, or delicate glaze should be hand washed only and should not be used in a microwave or dishwasher unless clearly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for following care instructions.
